Although magnolia trees are not the harbinger of spring that
cherry blossoms are, their beauty is just as fleeting. On my way home from a
meeting in Shoreline, this magnolia’s intense and varying shades of pink
brightened up an otherwise gray morning.
Must be pretty in Seattle these days. Our "harbinger of spring" happens on Thursday - 15-20cm of snow :-( Will you and Greg adopt me? -- Larry
