Just as I was griping about the sun not breaking through today’s fog, there it was. I walked a
few blocks to Banner Way Northeast, a diagonal street that runs parallel to
Interstate 5. With the roar of evening rush-hour traffic below me, I tried to capture
all the long shadows reaching toward a glorious stand of maples.
So glad the sun appeared to cast those great shadows for you! Nice!!!
ReplyDeleteHey! Very nice sketch!! Love the shading.
ReplyDeleteNice light and fall leaves, you caught it well.
ReplyDeleteGood sketch! I never did see the sun today. Planted 60 Irises instead of sketching.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Joan, Peggy, Sigrid and Kate!
ReplyDeleteGreat sketch, Tina. I can relate to your frustration over a lack of sun/contrast/shadows. It's a regular problem in Quebec. Glad your patience prevailed.
