If
I had to guess, I’d say that this house on Roosevelt Way is another Tudor, yet
it’s unique in one distinct way: The upper part seems to be made of a type of
smooth stucco, and the rest is brick.
On
this day, the sun was ducking in and out of fast-moving clouds. After doing
most of my sketching in the shade, suddenly the sun broke free, so I quickly put
in all the shadows just in time for the sun to hide again.
