When the weather gets good, sketchers aren’t the only
ones that come out for some sun – motorcycles do, too. Most of them must hibernate
all winter in garages, but as soon as the rain stops, I see them parked all
around the ‘hood.
Easy to capture in my small Field Notes
notebook, they are starting to become a theme (anything more than one is a
theme, right?). They are infinitely more fun to sketch than cars (except vintage cars, of course) – all those
visible mechanical parts, swooping seats and shiny bits.

Love this series, Tina. You've done well with a challenging subject and given them each a bit of their own character as well!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Michele! They used to be scary to me, but they are getting friendlier! :-)
