Saturday night I slept well for the first time in weeks and woke in the morning without the familiar dread. I did not join the partying in the streets that I saw on TV, nor did I shoot off firecrackers as some of my neighbors did. But I was with them all in spirit.
We chose hope. And it feels good to be hopeful again.

I found it again. Glad I did. Love the message and art here. I am so RELIEVED Biden won. I cried with relief and hope to purge that other darkness through sketching and playing music. DeleteI love the quotes you added to the sketches. It was a very emotional time and thank God that it had a good outcome. I can breathe a little easier, although like you I know there is a lot of work to do. Here's to better days!!!
